Harriet Scott from Brentwood and Faye Fullerton from Upminster have been selected as a result of their excellent performances over 1500m in recent seasons.
Scott, 24, set her personal best of 4mins 15.12secs last year when finishing seventh in the 1500m at the Aviva UK Championships after missing the 2008 season through injury.
In 2007 she won the bronze medal at the British Universities Championships and finished fourth at the Aviva England Under-23 Championships.
Fullerton, 25, set her personal best of 4mins 10.45secs in 2008 when she also finished fourth at the Aviva UK Championships and won the England Under-23 1500m title in 2006.
Dame Kelly said: "Not all athletes develop at the same rate and I wanted to recognise the achievements of some slightly older athletes such as Faye and Harriet by inviting them to join 'On Camp with Kelly'.
"I am sure that the mentoring and education support they will be able to access through 'On Camp with Kelly' together with hard work they put in with their coaches will help them to achieve even more in the future.
"I look forward to working with Faye and Harriet."
Scott and Fullerton are two of five new athletes who have been selected to join 'On Camp with Kelly' and they all attended a recent get-together at Birmingham University.
As well as taking part in training sessions with 30 other OCWK athletes, they were given a full introduction to the initiative, which has been sponsored by Aviva since it began in 2004, by Dame Kelly.
Scott said: "The expertise and experience that Kelly will be able to provide will be second to none and having seen how other athletes have benefited from 'On Camp with Kelly' in the past makes me excited to be part of it."
