CHELMSFORD: Trapped horse rescued

A HORSE trapped in its travelling box was saved by fire crews using specialist cutting tools.

The animal's foot was caught in the rear bulkhead of the box in Greenbury Way, Chelmsford, Essex.

A vet was called to the scene at 1.30pm on Sunday and the horse was freed by 2pm.
