The 32 year-old woman from Harold Hill was hit by a grey Skoda Octavia on West Thurrock Way just after 1pm on Thursday (November 20).
She was taken by ambulance to Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford where she is currently in a stable condition.
The 32 year-old male driver from Gillingham in Kent was treated for shock. A section of the road was closed for around four hours.
