Whole host of parties planned for the jubilee
HAVERING residents are set for a bumper summer with 71 Diamond Jubilee street parties.
The total number of street party applications is expected to rise even more as the deadline of Tuesday May 1 approaches

Information regarding road closures, the serving of food and alcohol, insurance and safety are all available on the council's website.
Council leader Councillor Michael White said: "The Diamond Jubilee provides a great opportunity for local residents to join together and celebrate what will be a wonderful occasion."

Street parties can be held between Saturday June 2 and Tuesday June 5. Residents can apply for a temporary road closure on the day of their party between 10am and 8pm.
