Mixing mod, Northern Soul, ska and post-punk influences, the Dead Formats put on a great live show as a band, but they're also gaining a reputation for their great DJ Sets which also bring in touches of Motown, reggae and other 60s sounds.

Catch the Dead Formats Sound System at barhouse, Chelmsford this Saturday alongside the OK Club DJs who mix funk, 60s, jazzy beats and ska, Southend collective the Get Down DJs who play hip hop, breaks and DnB and venue regulars the Void Collective who'll be pumping out bass-driven house, hip hop, electro and dubstep.

Add to that live sets from new wave band Polka Party and Chelmsford electro-rock outfit The Dirty Rich and you've got yourself a top night in store.
