Martine McCutcheon signing at Lakeside

STAR of stage, screen and song Martine McCutcheon is visiting the county to sign copies of her debut novel, The Mistress.

The former EastEnders star, who has also lit up the stage as Eliza Dootlittle in My Fair Lady, and won over filmgoers in the hit flick Love Actually, will be at Lakeside shopping centre on Saturday, November 21, from 12.30pm.

Her novel is described as warm, sexy, and heart-wrenchingly moving, offering a modern take on what women want.

The story focuses on Mandy Sanderson, a 30 year old who has everything going for her, but is unlucky in love. This is true chick-lit, full of romantic highs and lows.

Copies of the book for signing must be purchased from Waterstones, and proof of purchase is required on the day of the event.

The signing takes place outside Debenhams and Waterstones on level one.
