Essex girl Lisa thought her dancing time was up
Wednesday, November 19, 2008, 10:48
The model and presenter, who lives in Epping, faced a dance-off with her partner Brendan Cole against Cheri Lunghi and James Jordan after the couples finished bottom after the public vote.
But the judges voted to keep Lisa in, despite her being sure she was on her way out.
"I was convinced we were going. And that's why I just danced my heart out, just because I thought: 'If we're going to go, we're going to go out with a bang, and I'm going to enjoy every second of this'," she says on spin-off programme It Takes Two tonight.
"I didn't even really think about the fact that we were going to be scored again or judged again. That's what I did but it was a blow - I don't even know how I danced it."
Snowdon is the last Essex competitor left in the competition after the elimination of actress Jessie Wallace and swimming champion Mark Foster.
