FOOTBALL courses are being held by PASS (Professional Active Soccer Schools) at various venues across the Gazette area during the summer holidays.

In conjunction with Chelsea FC Academy, PASS run both football and goalkeeper courses and welcome boys and girls, aged four to 15, of all ability levels.

The courses are being held at Mayflower High School in Billericay from July 21 to 24 , Sawyers Hall College in Brentwood from August 4 to 7 and Mayflower School again on August 18 and 19.

All sessions run from 10.30am until 3.30pm. The two-day course costs £45, while four-day courses are priced at £79.

Led by FA qualified coaches, sessions are comprised of fun games, training drills, an intensive skills test, a penalty contest, match play and a World Cup tournament.

Each child who attends will receive a trophy, skills test scorecard and coloured certificate indicating their performance.

There are also chances to win other awards for various achievements.
