• Send details of the awards to all the customers for which you have a postal address, encouraging them to vote for you on www.thisistotalessex.co.uk/foodanddrinkawards
• Send a voting form to all your customers
• Put a pile of voting forms on clipboards with pens at an easy place for customers to fill them in
• Put up a poster in your workplace
• Encourage your customers to vote for you by text (see under Public Voting Category tab for text numbers and codes)
