Category Explanation

Entries are invited from industry professionals, companies and individuals. The judges will make a desk review of the entries they receive against the set criteria and select their shortlist of three finalists in each category.

Please click onto the category you wish to enter and read the judging criteria carefully before submitting your entry. You can enter on-line or download the entry form and send by post along with any supporting information you would like to send. Details of the postal address are on the entry forms.

Entries for the Young Chef of the Year and Chef of the Future categories require an authorized signature from a parent or guardian and should therefore be submitted by post and not on-line.
