Postal Entry

To enter by post please print and complete this Postal Entry Form, attach it to the top of your entry, and send it to the address on the form.

Your entry must be received by no later than Friday May 29th but remember that there is free publicity to many companies that get their entries in early.

On-line Entry

To enter on-line please complete this On-line Entry Form. You will be led through a five stage process as follows:

Stage 1: Select the category you want to enter from a drop-down box
Stage 2: Write your maximum 500 word overview
Stage 3: Answer the five questions (maximum) set by the judges
Stage 4: Add up to six attachments to support your entry *
Stage 5: Complete the Entry Form. Please ensure you write your company name, official company telephone number and web site address on the Entry Form as you would like to see them published or reproduced on an award.

* The total file size of all your attachments must not exceed 4.0MB - if they do you will need to use a compression tool to reduce the size of each before attaching it.

Please note that you will need to complete the five stage process for each category that you plan to enter because there are different judges for each category. Please wait for confirmation that your first entry has been sent before starting a new entry.

Useful tip

The best way of completing your on-line entry is to first save the overview, answers to the questions and any attachments you plan to use on your computer. They can then simply be copy/pasted into the web site.
