Nine men and one woman were arrested and bailed after the raids in Essex, London, Kent and Dorset on Friday November 21.
More than 100 HM Revenue and Customs investigators executed 13 search warrants at business and domestic addresses in Rayleigh, Shoeburyness, Hornchurch, London, Dartford, Wanstead, Bourne-mouth, Christchurch and overseas.
Customs officers are investigating a suspected alcohol fraud which HMRC believe is part of a £50million operation.
