WITHAM: Justice at last for kidnap victim

JUSTICE has finally been done says a dad who fought to get his son's kidnappers' sentences increased.

The highest judge in the land lengthened the sentences handed to Richard Guy and Craig Higgins, of Witham, at the Court of Appeal.

The pair were convicted of kidnapping, assaulting and robbing vulnerable Clive Sparton jnr at knifepoint in Braintree in November 2008.
