ESSEX: Towie stars show up at Masons for television show filming
THE Only Way was in Chelmsford on Thursday as the stars of the popular show hit the town for filming.
Blacking out the windows and filling the car park of Masons Too, the Widford restaurant became the setting for the new cast member Gemma Collins's pub quiz.
And the episode which aired on Sunday showed the characters taking part in the quiz at night, when truthfully it was filmed in the middle of the day.
As filming was taking place only minutes away from the Chronicle's offices we popped along to have a look.

Unfortunately, a producer blocked our way and wouldn't let us inside.
And after being told we couldn't even be an extra in the episode we managed to grab a quick hello with love rat Kirk Norcross, who was on his way to a book signing in Lakeside.
Jumping into his white Range Rover, Kirk was quickly followed by on/off love Lauren Pope.
