Stansted Airport workers to strike over Diamond Jubilee weekend
Workers at Stansted airport have voted for seven days of strikes in this month and next, including over the Diamond Jubilee weekend.
Members of the GMB union working for ground service company Swissport are unhappy over changes to rotas which they say will cut their incomes.
Action is planned for two weekends, May 26 to 28, and the Diamond Jubilee holiday June 2 to June 6.
Ryanair said it is hoping to run a normal service, although passengers will have to check in online and will only be permitted to take hang luggage.
