Perverted nurse Milind Sanade wins appeal to stay in UK
AN INDIAN nurse who was jailed for a year for sexually assaulting a pregnant patient avoided deportation after a top judge ruled he has a "right to family life" in Britain.
Milind Sanade, of Primula Way, Chelmsford, groped a vulnerable 21-year-old woman he was examining for breast cancer.

After his release from prison, the Indian national should have been deported, but appealed on the grounds of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights as he had fathered two young children in England.
The most senior immigration judge in Britain, Mr Justice Blake, ruled he could stay.
"There is no evidence to suggest that in his present circumstances he poses a real risk to others," he said.
Mr Justice Blake made two rulings this week that kicked up a storm nationwide, allowing Sanade and Nepalese convicted murderer Rocky Gurung to stay in the UK – both on human rights grounds.
Prime Minister David Cameron, Home Secretary Theresa May and immigration minister Damian Green all expressed concern that offenders like the terrorist Abu Qatada are avoiding deportation due to human rights laws.
Neighbours of Sanade believe he should be made to leave the country.
"I don't think he should be allowed to stay here after what he did," said one, who did not want to be named. But then I am not surprised as it's the kind of barmy decision that gets made in this country."
Sanade appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court in June 2010 to plead guilty to sexually assaulting the pregnant patient at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow in February the same year.
When the assault ended the victim went out for a cigarette, and Sanade approached her and said if she kept silent about the groping, he would not say anything about her smoking.
He then made erroneous entries into the hospital books so that if she complained she would be seen as emotionally unstable and untrustworthy.
He was released six months into his sentence. Under the UK Borders Act 2007, foreign criminals jailed for a year or more must be deported unless there are "exceptional" circumstances whereby the right to family life would be violated.
Mr Cook, President of the Upper Immigration tribunal, decided deportation would be a breach of Sanade's family life despite accepting his residence in the UK "has not been particularly long".
Mr Sanade told the Chronicle: "People should put themselves in my shoes. We should be allowed to stay."
A border agency spokesman said: "We are disappointed by the court's decision and we will now look at whether we can appeal this verdict."

Thanks to lefty do-gooders, depraved monsters like this can come to England, abuse our women and then be let off by women-hating, socialist twisted, depraved high court judges.
Socialists always rush to the defence of foreign monsters convicted of heinous crimes, especially sexual abuse of British women. They have no interest whatsoever in the welfare of the female victims. It would be a very different story if these foreign fiends sexually abused their female relatives - wives, girlfriends, mothers etc - however, when it's someone else they seem to see it as acceptable. If these devil had sexually assaulted a judge's daughter, it would be a very different story indeed!
This warped judge has also sent a signal to perverts across the globe that they cam come here, sexually abuse women in this country and get away with it.
This is the true, sick face of GB in 2012 - a country in which women can be groped or worse by immigrant men, who then have their illegal actions condoned by misogynist judges and socialist Quislings.
The 2010 Equality Act, which is there to protect women against sexual abuse, has clearly been rejected by female-hating male judges and socialist do-gooders.
Normal minded people, including law abiding immigrants and their descendants, do not want foreign perverts here. Neither do we need masses of foreign workers, especially when we have 3 million unemployed people. Their continual influx is making a bad situation disastrous.”

“he came to this country in 2003 and returned home to marry-- why should the whole family not return home. reports are that the wife and children have returned home- although he claims they wil be back this week.
he no longer has a profession to benefit this country- the reason he was able to come here in the first place- he cannot nurse as he has been stuck off the register with 2 reports of assults on patients within a short space of each other! send them all home”

“I dont think it mentions anywhere in the article that the victims are British and white. This is obviously a horrendous crime but the reactions of pakefieldponc and bkaleda sum up everything that is wrong with many people in this country. If the perpertrator was white british would that make it ok ? Colour of skin is irrelevant, there are good and bad white british just as there are good and bad non white british. All criminals should be subject to the law. Live with it and live in harmony. Love and peace.

“This filthy piece of trash should be incarcerated and deported. Women in this country can expect no protection from the British judiciary if they are victims of sexual assault by foreign men. The court will side with the foreign assailant. Judges are anti-British misogynists.
To hell with this scum's so-called 'right to family life.' What about the rights of the female victims, this monster groped? The judge isn't worried about her, presumably because she's British and white?
We need a right wing, nationalist revolution in this country, to purge both rogue immigrants like this and pervert judges.
