ONGAR: Jack Tweed found guilty of assaulting taxi driver
THE HUSBAND of terminally ill TV star Jade Goody has been found guilty of assaulting a taxi driver.
Jack Tweed, 21, who denied the attack on Stephen Wilkins wept when Epping Magistrates found him guilty of common assault.

He has not yet been sentenced for the attack, which occurred during a taxi journey in the early hours of last year's May bank holiday.
Tweed had boarded the cab with friends after leaving a club in Epping.

The driver, Steven Wilkins requested payment up front, which was company policy, sparking a mid-journey row.
The court heard Tweed refused to pay the fare and "became aggressive, swearing at Mr Wilkins and punching the back of the seat".
Mr Wilkins told the court he was even forced into doing a half turn in the middle of the road.
Tweed said he was too drunk to remember what went on, but insisted he would never assault a taxi driver, a claim supported by one of the party on board the taxi.
The judge disagreed with their version of events, siding with Mr Wilkins.
It is the second time in six months that Tweed has been convicted of assault.
Last September he was given an 18-month prison term after being found guilty of attacking a 16-year-old boy with a golf club in Ongar, Essex.
Tweed was released from prison on licence in January and was ordered to wear a monitoring tag and obey a curfew.
