Jousting will be highlight of game and country show
Brace yourself for a weekend of jousting, BMX stunt displays, archery, sheep shearing, dog displays and much more.
The Essex Robin Hood Game & Country Show rolls into The Brentwood Centre's showground, in Doddinghurst Road, this weekend with more than 30,000 visitors expected.
Among the main attractions will be the Robin Hood re-enactments, which will include sword fighting, jousting and tales of Sherwood Forest.
After a four year break, the All About Dogs Show is also making a return.
The animal show is packed with canine action including dog displays, competitions and trade stands.
The country show, which is set to be one of the largest events ever held in Brentwood, is open between 10am and 5pm on Saturday, and 10am and 4pm on Sunday.
