PLANS for a commuter car park could see an end to an ongoing feud.

Residents living next to Theydon Bois Underground Station say parking has become a nightmare since the council banned parking between 10 and 11am. It stops commuters parking in the village but it also stops residents parking outside their own homes if they can't remove their cars between these times.

Now plans have been put forward to build a 250-space car park at the former Old Forester Club.

But Theydon Bois Action Group said it would compromise the Green Belt and add to congestion.
